Our Facilities

The Synagogue is housed in an attractive modern building surrounded by secure and leafy grounds that boasts closed circuit television throughout. The flexible layout of the rooms and the building itself makes it suitable for a wide range of activities in addition to its principal purposes as a community building, a place of Jewish Worship and of education.

The main hall has seating capacity for 200 people and 150 diners which makes it ideal for celebrations. The main hall also houses a fully lit and curtained stage.

In addition to the main hall there is a small hall separated by moveable screen with a seating a capacity for a further 100 people and a dining capacity of 50.

Finally, in the main building, there is an additional reception hall which can be used for pre dining drinks and receptions, or pre meeting coffees and teas.

All these halls are equipped with induction loop PA system and we also provide Audio Visual equipment which is available to hire.

The synagogue also has a large recently refurbished kitchen adjacent to the main halls. Because of our dietary laws, however, we only allow the cooking and serving of vegetarian food or fish dishes.

As well as the main halls the building provides meeting rooms on first floor, where there is also a small kitchen.

The site provides excellent access for the disabled, including lift to the first floor and there is on site parking for disabled visitors and limited parking for others by arrangement.
