Nursery

Apples and Honey is the only Jewish School in South London and, whilst situated at the Synagogue and an essential part of its fabric, it is an entirely independent organisation. Apples and Honey is a vibrant and lively place and is consistently recognised by educators and OFSTED itself, as a fine example of early years education.

The nursery is well on the way to completing the government accredited Wandsworth Quality Assurance Scheme, and The London Borough of Wandsworth has recognised us as an example of very good practice in Early Years Education. The nursery has hosted Senior Early Childhood Educators from China, India, Japan, Taiwan and New Zealand and, in June, Judith Ish-Horowicz, the Head Teacher, was a UJIA sponsored delegate at the CAJE Early Years Conference in New York.
