Registration Forms
In order to facilitate the registration process for Cheder, you are able to complete the entire process online. Please read the following instructions carefully as there are a number of forms which must be completed and/or read and acknowledged. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
If you are new to the Cheder, you can also find the Class Allocation lists on the navigation pane to the right, where you can work out which class your child or children will be allocated to according to their birth date.
Please click on each of the links below or on the navigation pane to the right for the necessary registration forms, in the order in which they appear:
1.Religion School Registration Form – When completing this form, please complete all of the sections marked with a red asterisk (which are required fields), and others as appropriate. Please be sure to complete your payment preference before clicking ‘Send’.
2. Parental Information Form – Please complete this form next; it will help to ensure that we have any additional information that is required about your child as well as all related consents completed. Please complete all of the sections marked with a red asterisk (which are required fields), and others as appropriate.
3. The last step in the process is to read (and discuss with your child/ children) and acknowledge the following four short policy documents by clicking the links below or visiting our Religion School Policies and General information for parents pages:
Please note – you will not be able to submit your completed application until you have ticked the box accepting the terms laid out in these policies and the general information for parents.
If you have previously registered for the Cheder, you will have received a letter via email outlining the payment options. If you do not have this or unclear about the various ways to pay, please email Diane Barnett, the Religion School Administrator, by clicking here.
