Shavuot 5785 – A Celebration of Revelation and Community

This Shavuot, we’re coming together in joy and learning with our sister congregations in Kingston (KLS) and Weybridge (NWSS) for celebration, discovery and tradition.
Sunday 1 June, 8.00pm – 4.00am at Kingston Liberal Synagogue
Tikkun Leil Shavuot – A Night of Revelation
Prepare for a night unlike any other: thought-provoking study sessions, music, art, dance, delicious food, and a legendary cheesecake competition (entries welcome!). Each hour will bring something new – insights, surprises, and soulful energy to carry us through the night. Rabbi Adrian will be leading the first session of the evening, starting the journey of embracing revelation.
Monday 2 June, 10.30am at Wimbledon Synagogue
Shavuot Festival Morning Service with Yizkor
Join us for a beautiful festival service with our choir and a very special guest speaker, Rabbi Dana Sharon from Israel (Rabbis for Human Rights, Women of the Wall). This joint service of our three communities will honour tradition and renewal with depth and song.
Whether you stay up all night and/or join us in the morning, this is Shavuot as it should be – shared, spirited and meaningful.
All are warmly welcome.
